In-home Sleep Training with Suzy Giordano

Training begins with a 30-minute phone consultation with Suzy. During this consultation, Suzy will walk you through the sleep training process and answer any questions you may have. Once your sleep training goals have been established, Suzy will develop a custom sleep training plan for your family. Suzy and her team will then help you to begin implementing that plan.

Throughout three to five nights, our team will eliminate any overnight habits that are impeding your baby’s sleep; this may include feedings, swaddles, pacifier use, swing use, etc. The team will also work to help your baby develop self-soothing skills. After the initial training period, our team will then provide around-the-clock follow-up support via phone, text, and email for the two-week reinforcement period.
